Abstract : 
The current research was aimed at explaining the effectiveness of reality therapy on individual accountability of female primary sixth grade students of district 3 in Isfahan. The statistical universe of this article included 2388 female primary sixth grade students of district 3 in Isfahan who were studying in the educational year of 2014-2015. The sample intended consisted of 30 primary children who were selected through random multi stage sampling method. The number was randomly assigned into two experimental and control groups of 15 people each. The members of the two groups were assessed by a pretest prior to the administration of an educational intervention through an individual accountability questionnaire. Thereafter, a reality therapy was administered to the experimental group, while the control group received no educational intervention. Then, the two groups were tested by a posttest. The data resulting from this research were analyzed by an inferential statistics of covariance analysis and independent t and using SPSS-18 software. The main findings from the covariance analysis statistical method indicated that reality therapy affects accountability.
